Zendesk Showcase Sydney & Tokyo
Events
June 2024
Our first-ever event for Zendesk was all about bringing their world of exceptional customer experience to life. With two event locations in Japan and Sydney, Zendesk Showcase needed to show exciting new product innovations in action while also educating audiences on how to capitalise on new and fast-developing technologies.
All of this needed to be delivered in an engaging and inclusive format that added value and encouraged plenty of networking between industry peers.
Delivery
With a focus on Customer experience (CX) and Employee experience (EX), both events showcased new product updates, with Al taking centre stage. Each location received between 400 and 500 attendees who were treated to a range of 8-10 sessions including live product demonstrations, Al implementation examples, and customer success stories.
With high experiential value and a buzzing atmosphere, both events encouraged guests to socialise with Zendesk sales staff as well as other innovative Zendesk customers and industry peers.
Our creative team worked closely with the Zendesk team to ensure brand cohesion between their HQ and all showcase events.
This included utilising key brand assets and using on-brand materials such as corrugated iron, wood, stone, and concrete with colourings consistent with their tried-and-trusted black motif.
Creating a consistent look and feel for each location while also adapting to local challenges and cultural differences was key. For example, many of the Sydney materials and banners couldn’t be used for the Japan event due to earthquake risks and safety standards. Circumventing these issues while maintaining a unified brand aesthetic between both events was a challenge we relished.
Achievements
Our first time working with Zendesk saw us
successfully deliver these events in two different locations amongst the challenges of working in Japan with cultural and commercial differences with a post event survey showing that 96% of attendees were very satisfied or satisfied with the events.
Overcame the challenges of working in Japan with cultural, commercial, and linguistic differences.
