WalkMe engaged us to take the globally successful ‘WalkMe Challenge’- created in collaboration with The CWK- on tour…. so we did just that!
Delivery
Capitalising on the success of the WalkMe Challenge digital campaign in 2022 and new audiences emerging across Asia Pacific, we created a lively in-person version of the challenge. Taking the tour through four cities in Asia Pacific, we gave attendees the opportunity to see and feel what WalkMe has to offer through a tactile, hands-on experience.
We developed a new format consisting of a half-day breakfast event, morning keynote and fun activations complemented by hands-on lab streams. We enabled these growing, new audiences to learn about WalkMe and existing customers to deep dive into the platform’s full capabilities.
Achievements
- Increased audience attendance across 4 cities by an average of 50% compared to 2022.
- First-time execution in Auckland, with outstanding feedback.
- Re-shaped the typical “half-day” event format to include a plated breakfast keynote and valuable lab sessions.
