Salesforce World Tour Series
We’ve been entrusted to design and deliver Salesforce’s signature in-region event, World Tour, since 2019 with each year offering plenty of new challenges and opportunities to push the boundaries in the creation of in-person, virtual and hybrid experiences.
In 2019, we created an immersive in-person experience that attracted over 14,000 registrations and featured a never-before-seen 185-metre projection wall that spanned the expo, bringing the outside in and creating an illusion of infinite space.
In 2020, when COVID hit, we ‘reimagined’ World Tour at a never before seen pace, transforming it into a live virtual experience. With only 8 days’ lead time we created 157 live-stream sessions including over 60 customer and partner stories across two online channels and 11 animated studio sets. More than 80,000 viewers tuned in live and the event ultimately reached 1.2million total video viewers across Facebook, YouTube, Twitter & LinkedIn.
We shifted gears once again in 2021 with the Salesforce Live series before debuting an all-new hybrid format for World Tour 2022 with 3,500 in-person guests and a vast online audience. Highlights included a re-imagined approach to Main Show staging and a brand new Customer 360 experience that featured an eye-catching cylindrical LED screen and 360 degree photo opportunity.

Sustainability and inclusivity being core elements of the brief, we made 100% recyclable name badges and printed signage. We also supported local farmers by serving imperfect picked fruit, offered gender neutral facilities and provided large-print agendas and captioned Auslan signing for visual and hearing-impaired guests.
