Nearmap NAVIG8 provides continued learning for existing customers while engaging and educating new customers to Nearmap’s aerial mapping platform, and helping inspire media interest. Two of our key challenges were: developing the hybrid event format; and localising content for two geographic locations- Australia/NZ and the USA. In response, we developed a broadcast strategy and schedule based on two unique streams of geographically-targeted content that wove concurrently through out event agendas and show flows.

We worked closely with Nearmap to develop an in-person progressive event format driven by our main broadcast studio. Templates helped visually communicate the live and online user journeys, ensuring a seamless transition through the content no matter your viewing location or format.

Achievements

The CWK managed the event end to end, including AV production, online broadcast, exposition and build, filming, editing and digital platform.

• 100% in-person attendance at the keynote, 400+ free coffees served!
• 7,483 registrations and 3,945 live-stream viewers – 25% more than 2021.
• Developed the ‘Look Closer’ manifesto and brand, which served as the core theme inspiring design and content.
• Worked collaboratively and synchronously on best-practice solutions, successfully integrating our two production teams.
